For  2010 (QR25DE - California) - Altima: Manually Idle air volume learning. Start with  ACCELERATOR PEDAL RELEASED POSITION
LEARNING. Make sure there is no DTC codes, and no vacuum leaks.

Service data says engine temp must be over 158°F all electrical loads off, steering straight ahead,in park or nuetral, and voltage over 12.9V.
I remember reading a bulletin that said to unplug the MAF sensor at an idle for 10 or 15 seconds until the engine light comes on then reconnect the MAF sensor and then do the relearn.
I doubt the problem is with your Autel. This throttle learn seems to be a problem with Nissans.
    Good luck, Kevin
